1 pint sour cream 2 scallions, chopped 2 Tbs bacon bits, see * Note 1/2 package Hidden Valley Ranch dip Mix
1* Note: Be sure to use REAL bacon bits and not the artificial "salad topper" variety. 2 Mix dip Mix (be sure to use only 1/2 package) into sour cream. Add chopped scallions, reserving a small portion for garnish. 3Serve dip in a flat bowl and sprinkle bacon bits and reserved scallions on top. Serve with pork rinds and celery sticks. 4This recipe yields 16 servings; 1.6 carb grams per serving.
