1 cup cheddar cheese, sharp shredded
1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
6 strip bacon; cooked and crumbled
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 lb jalapeno; 1/2ed lengthwise, seeded
1 cup pork rinds, plain; crushed &1
1&1 (to make @ 1/2 cup crushed)
2 Mix cheeses, bacon and seas.,Spoon about 2 Tb. into each pepper half. Roll in 1/2 c. crushed pork rinds. Place in greased 15"x10 " baking dish. Bake uncovered @ 300 20 min for spicy, 30 min for med., 40 min for mild flavor.
3Serve with ranch dressing.
