VEAL PAPRIKA Microwave
1 pound boneless veal, cut into 11/2-inch cubes
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 cup chicken broth, divided
1 large onion, finely chopped 1/2 to 1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Dash caraway seeds
2 to 3 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup sour cream
Yield: 4 Servings
In 2-quart casserole, combine veal, mushrooms, 1/2 cup broth, onion, paprika, salt, pepper and caraway. Cover with lid. Cook at HIGH 7 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 21 minutes; stir occasionally. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup broth until smooth. Stir into dish. Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Blend in sour cream.
