Pecan Pie 1 9" pie shell, Unbaked 4 eggs 1 c sugar 1/2 c light corn syrup 4 tbsp butter (or oleo), room -temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp butternut flavoring, optional 1 c pecans, chopped (or more) Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Beat eggs slightly in a 2 quart bowl, m ix in sugar, then corn syrup, butter or oleo, vanilla & butternut flavoring & peca ns. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is slightly firm. Center of pie may look soft when pie is gently shaken but it will become firm when cool.
